This is a sample webpage for the online course ‘Natural Relaxation’. It is similar to the one you would receive if you purchase the whole program. Just click on the links below to open any part of the course. N.B. Only the sessions in bold are active on this sample.
Natural Relaxation
Welcome to this course. You are going to learn a simple and natural way of relaxing and letting go. The course consists of 8 recorded sessions with voice and music. When you listen to each session you will find you naturally start to feel very relaxed. This will continue to affect you later in the day.
It is good to make a daily habit of relaxation.
Preparation
The course takes 20 to 30 minutes a day for 8 days.
Make sure you have a comfortable, warm place to sit and relax where you won’t be disturbed.
You can also lie down on a bed (preferably not on the floor).
You need a computer with internet access and headphones or speakers.
(Optional) You can also download the course sessions onto an MP3 player or burn them on a CD or DVD if you like.
Instructions
1. Read the course book 'Natural Relaxation' to give you some background information.
2. Listen to one session each day at any time.
3. You can download the session onto your computer or stream it for instant listening. We recommend downloading so you can listen again sometime.
To download: right-click on the icon and choose 'Save Target As'. It can take up to 20 minutes to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection. Broadband usually takes less than 2 minutes.
To stream: left click on the icon and wait a short while. The session should start to play automatically.
4. Simply sit back and listen to the session, relax and enjoy.
5. (Optional) At the end of the session complete one page of the Assessment Diary if you want to keep a record during the course and get a certificate on completion.
6. (Optional)When you have finished the whole course and completed the whole Assessment Diary email it to us and as long as you show evidence that you have done the whole course you will receive a certificate.

You can listen to the sessions again at any time. Try using them every day, after you have finished the course, so you can stay relaxed. It is fine to listen to more than one session a day, if you want.
