Fill in an Application Form available on our website or by email or post. Return the form and required documents to Academy of Potential Education, PO Box 225, Te Anau 9640, New Zealand. |
| Step Two |
We will arrange an interview with you by phone. There are 3 main purposes for this:
1. We want to see if you are clear about why you want to take the course and what you are expecting from it.
2. We want to get to know a bit about you so we can be sure we will meet your specific needs.
3. We want to make sure the course will fit in with your plans for the future. |
| Step Three |
Successful applicants will receive a letter granting admission and guaranteeing a place on the chosen course. The acceptance letter will also detail the tuition and accommodation fees to be paid. After payment of fees, a receipt and formal Offer of Place will be issued. International students should present these when applying for a student visa and permit. You will also receive a contract. |
| Step Four (international students only) |
Apply for a student visa with your nearest branch of New Zealand Immigration Service. Full details of visa and permit requirements, advice on rights to employment in New Zealand while studying, and reporting requirements are available through the New Zealand Immigration Service and can be viewed on their website at www.immigration.govt.nz |
| Step five |
Let us know when you are going to arrive. If you need to be collected from the airport (Queenstown or Invercargill) let us know your flight details. If you are driving to the Academy please make sure we know which day you are arriving.
Late applications will be considered. |
